Access to the Brussels Airport in the aftermath of the events of 22/3 is improving rapidly though the additional security checks will stay in place. Visitors may be asked to provide a printed document to justify their presence at the airport before being allowed access.

ECSEL Office will provide your contact details (name, e-mail address) to the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel (part of Starwood) who will send you an invitation to the event, at the latest a few days in advance. This you must print out and bring with you as a paper copy, to be sure that you can access the airport complex. (“Electronic” documents e.g. on a Smart-phone, are not accepted).

Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel will use your name / e-mail address only for this purpose. Should you not wish that your contact details be given, please be aware that, in that case, you risk being refused access to the airport complex.

PRIVACY Policy: your data will only be processed by ECSEL JU for the purpose of registration, unless you have given your explicit agreement that they are transferred to the industry associations, members of the ECSEL Joint Undertaking.
